• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
• Certain products such as prescription lenses or customized frames are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
• Personalized or custom-made eyewear.
• Items purchased during clearance sales marked as “Final Sale”.
• Products with hygiene seals removed (e.g., contact lenses).

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• We may deduct shipping charges from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
