Thank you for shopping with iWear Ecommerce. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on iwear.optimycart.com.
1. Processing Time
- Non-prescription frames/sunglasses: typically 1–2 business days to process.
- Prescription lenses / custom orders: 2–5 business days for lens crafting & quality checks.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Timeframes (India)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch (available for select pin codes).
- Remote or out-of-service areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout based on cart value, weight, and destination.
- Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time; terms will be mentioned on the offer page.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the courier name and tracking number. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or from your My Account page.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Couriers generally make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Incorrect/incomplete addresses can delay delivery.
- If a package is returned due to wrong address or repeated non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability depends on your pin code and order value.
- Additional COD fees may apply and will be shown at checkout (if enabled).
7. Packaging & Inspection
- All eyewear is securely packed to prevent transit damage.
- On delivery, please inspect the outer packaging. If tampered or damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, inform us within 48 hours.
- For damaged items, share unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours so we can assist with replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
- We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate delays or losses and keep you updated.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping requests, please contact our support team to confirm availability, charges, and delivery timelines.
10. Change or Cancel Order
To request changes or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that are already processed or dispatched may not be modifiable. Customized/prescription orders may not be cancellable once lens work has begun.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, network outages).
12. Title & Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. In COD cases, risk passes upon delivery and payment collection.
